Terms & Conditions
Please read the following Terms & Conditions before confirming your order. All orders require a minimum 7 days notice with the exception of paint your own biscuits, which require a minimum of 14 days notice. If that notice is not given you will be notified and refunded your purchase price minus a 20% administration fee. Purchases through the That Tattooed Baker online store and a deposit made for a custom order are taken as confirmation you agree to the below Terms & Conditions.
WEBSITE ORDERS
Website orders are confirmed and your order date is secured once payment has been made through the checkout.
We accept cancellations 14 days before your order date and will refund you 50% of your order’s total cost. We appreciate that circumstances can change, however once you place an order, any special pieces and design elements will be sourced and purchased in readiness for fulfilling your order.
We do not accept cancellations made within 7 days of your order date, and the total cost of your order will be forfeited with no refund or credit given.
Once we confirm your order, we may have to decline other orders. And the closer we get to your date the chances of rebooking the time and resources we’d allocated to get your order done is greatly reduced. All cancellations must be made in writing to steph@thattattooedbaker.co.uk

CUSTOM ORDERS
To secure your event order a 50% deposit must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. With the remaining payment required 7 days before your date. Your deposit is non-refundable and your order is only confirmed once payment has cleared.
Once we confirm your order, we may have to decline other orders. And the closer we get to your date the chances of rebooking the time and resources we’d allocated to get your order done is greatly reduced. All cancellations must be made in writing to steph@thattattooedbaker.co.uk
A non-refundable deposit policy is in place for these reasons and we appreciate your understanding.
POSTAL ORDERS
Whilst every effort is made to ensure all orders are packaged safely and securely, although rare, damage during transit can sometimes occur - they are biscuits and can easily break if mishandled.
We are NOT liable for damages that occur during transit by Royal mail. We do NOT accept refunds in the event of broken biscuits and due to food safety, we do NOT accept returns - please order at your own risk.
CHANGES & POSTPONEMENTS
Any changes to your confirmed order, including design or quantities must be made 14 days before your event date. We always try to accommodate increases in quantities however decreases in quantities will be at the discretion of That Tattooed Baker and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Should you need to postpone your order date, every effort will be made to accommodate the change, however if the date change request is within 14 days of your confirmed event date then the above refund policies may apply.
STORAGE AND PRESENTATION
We have extensive storage and presentation advice available because we want to ensure your order presents perfectly and tastes as delicious as possible. We take no responsibility for any damage to your order once you have collected your order or it has been delivered to a designated address.
All cakes should be kept in the fridge and eaten at room temperature. If you have collected your order the day prior please store them in the fridge until time to serve and take out 15 minutes - 1 hour before serving and store in a cool, dry space that is out of direct sunlight in that time.
All cupcakes and cakes will taste best on the day of collection, but will last up to 2 days and can also be frozen to bring happiness on a rainy day.
Our postal shortbread biscuits are individually heat sealed to ensure freshness and to add an extra layer of safety, this means they can be eaten up to 14 days after delivery ensuring they've been kept in a cool and dry place.
Shortbread gift boxes that are ordered for collection, will not be heat sealed but will still keep for up to 7 days after collection ensuring they've been kept in a cool and dry place.
DESIGN, INSPIRATION & CHANGES
Due to the nature of the creative and design process we do not replicate other artists. No two designs are the same – even two That Tattooed Baker designs. We welcome and will use your inspiration photos or mood boards to create something you love.
All orders are lovingly created by humans, therefore there may be slight variations in colours and decorations as we reserve the right to use our creative discretion. If you would like something specific please ensure you have contacted That Tattooed Baker at steph@thattattooedbaker.co.uk to ensure your vision is possible.
If you would like to change your design or theme, please note there may be additional fees if we have to source specific items and design pieces to accommodate those changes. We will accept changes up to 14 days before your order date, however after that there may not be enough time to source details for your request.
