The more notice the better – we love to be organised! As all our items are made to order, we require a minimum of 7 days notice and 14 days notice if ordering 'paint your own' biscuits. If you would like to lock in a date but are not sure what design or theme you would like let’s chat.

Due to the nature of the creative and design process, we do not replicate the work of other dessert artists. No two designs are the same – even two That Tattooed Baker designs. We welcome and will use your inspiration photos or mood boards to create something you will love, however we reserve the right to use our creative discretion.

We are able to offer vegan and gluten free alternatives for the majority of our menu - please reach out to us BEFORE ordering.

Every effort is made to ensure there is no cross contamination, however your order is made in a kitchen that handles ALL allergens.

Absolutely! Let’s chat about how we can spoil your staff or clients, or help to make your next event extra special.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that every order will be photographed. If you want to preserve the delicious memory of your occasion or event, make sure you take a few snaps before it’s all gone! We reserve the right to take and use photographs before, during and after the process of making your order which we may use for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes without any compensation to you.

You will collect your order from Rumney, Cardiff. Once you have placed an order (hooray!) you will receive a confirmation email with our address and we will be in touch the week of your order to organise a collection window.

Yes we do! A delivery fee will apply, based on the travel distance and time it will take - please give us a message BEFORE ordering.

We do! And in fact we prefer to source all of your design details from start to finish. It ensures your design is cohesive, colours match and it is the correct size. I work closely with my designer to ensure it matches the vision we have discussed. 

Yes absolutely! All our biscuits can be posted across the UK - we use RoyalMail Tracked 24 service.
Orders that fall under 'Small Parcels' are £5.60 and orders that are 'Medium Parcels' are £9.20 - the correct postage fee is automatically calculated at checkout.

If you would like to place multiple orders that require different dispatch dates, separate orders will need to be placed.
